Very Reverend
Joseph L. Waters, JCL

Fr. Joseph Waters was born in Babylon, NY, the 9th of 10 children; Father moved to St. Petersburg in 1973. A graduate of St. Pete Catholic he did seminary studies at St. John Vianney and the North American College. Ordained in 1987, Father served a variety of parishes as parochial vicar; in diocesan administration, at St. John Vianney College Seminary; and Pastor of Corpus Christi Catholic Church. Presently Father Waters is the Rector of St. Jude the Apostle Cathedral.  Father Waters is a canonist with a JCL degree from Catholic University of America.  Father is called upon often as a speaker on all things Catholic.

Rev. Joseph Eddy,
O. de M.

Fr. Joseph Eddy was raised in Montrose, PA. He is the youngest for three children. Fr. Joseph attended Marywood University and received a bachelors degree in Special Education. During college, he discerned a call to the become a Mercedarian Friar. Fr. Joseph entered postulancy in September 2001 and made his first vows in May 2003. After five years of priestly studies at St Charles Borromeo Seminary, he was ordained to the priesthood on August 15th 2008. Fr. Joseph served as parochial vicar of the Cathedral of St Jude in 2008. He was appointed vocation director of the Mercedarian Friars in September 2009. Fr. Joseph served in this position for six years and resided in Philadelphia. In July 2015, He was reassigned to the Cathedral of St Jude and named Superior of St. Peter Nolasco Residence.
